Ding is the bright idea of Tony Reeves, Nicholas Houghton and Phil Gomm. Tony holds a PhD in Technology Enhanced Learning. Nicholas has extensive experience in arts education as a teacher, teacher educator, researcher and manager, with specialist knowledge of craft education and research methods. Phil is a designer, project manager and award-winning film-maker with ten years experience leading a high-performing undergraduate degree programme.

Known in some quarters as the ‘three amigos of awesome learning design’ and whispered about in others as ‘the Athos, Porthos and Aramis of Creative Pedagogy’, Dr Tony, Dr Nicholas and Phil combine their expertise, experience and commitment to creative education design to transformative effect.
